Philippines guide · English
Phishing pages often copy logos and colours. Treat the address bar, password manager and official support process as more reliable signals than the visual design alone.
Check the page first
Read the domain character by character, confirm HTTPS and avoid shortened links sent by strangers. A familiar logo does not make a page genuine.
- Open a saved bookmark instead of a forwarded link
- Reject pages requesting an OTP before the normal sign-in flow
- Do not install browser extensions to “fix” login
Troubleshoot safely
If access fails, check your connection, device date and browser cache before resetting a password. Use the official recovery path and create a new, unique password.
- Never reuse an email password
- Do not share screenshots containing account numbers
- Log out of shared or borrowed devices
